Cancellation & Refund Policy

for Gather the Nations 2025 – 26 & 27 September

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event:

• You will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event:

• You will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 15 days of the event:

• We’re sorry, but no refund can be issued at this stage, as many arrangements will already be in place.

Ticket Transfers:

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at any time. Just let us know their name and email so we can update our records and welcome them properly. There is no fee for this change.

Yes, networking and fellowship are key parts of Gather the Nations. There will be opportunities during breaks and workshops to connect with others. Additionally, the Shabbat dinner will be a wonderful time for gathering and fellowship.
